Toto the Toucan Bird

High up in the sky, between the cotton candy clouds, you can find the Bird family soaring through the air. Their bright, colourful feathers make them look like tiny traveling rainbows. Sometimes, they also come down to the tops of the leafy roofs of the rainforest to rest and look over their Furry Forest friends. Not all members of the Bird family like to fly. Frederico the Flamingo, for instance, prefers balancing in the clear waters while Toto the Toucan rather rests on his favourite branch. Toto the Toucan Bird is the oldest member of the Bird family. He enjoys spending his time resting in the green canopies of the rainforest, where he can observe and comment on his relatives’ daily activities. In all honesty, he isn’t the best at flying and that is why he prefers spending his time on his one favourite branch. But shhht, don’t talk to him about that. The family’s chitter chatter fills the day until the evening falls. Then their twittering fades as they all cuddle up in a bunch and fall quiet for the night.
